Davis Hill Historic Bed and Breakfast

Whether you are travelling alone, looking for a romantic getaway or planning an event with a large group, the Davis Hill Historic Bed and Breakfast can accommodate you perfectly!

Davis Hill Historic Bed and Breakfast, with its breathtaking view of the continental divide, began before the turn of the 19th century in a smaller structure and was known as Rest-a-Lott after the owners who were the Lotts from Illinois. The present stone and stucco structure was built in 1923. It is a walk back in history when you step inside with the original hickory furniture, huge moss stone fireplace, and comfortable period bedrooms. The guest bathrooms on the main floor are equipped with claw foot bathtubs. A shower is available as well. The ample included breakfast can be taken in the dining area or on the big covered front porch Guests often have a hard time pulling themselves away from the view from the porch to go explore Rocky Mountain National Park, the YMCA of the Rockies and beautiful downtown Estes Park with the wonderful river walk.

Rates and Room Information:

Our Estes Suite can be reserved for up to 6 people. This suite has three bedrooms and one bathroom. The cost per night for the entire suite is $290. This suite consists of:

Molly Brown Room-King Bed

Buffalo Bill Room-Double Bed and twin bed

Enos Mills Room-Sitting room with Daybed

Our Isabella Byrd suite can be reserved for up to 3 people. It has two bedrooms and one bathroom. The cost per night for the entire suite is $180. This suite consists of:

Isabella Byrd Room-Queen Bed

Bella's Nook-Twin bed

The following rooms may be reserved separately:

Molly Brown room $120 per night

Buffalo Bill room $120 per night

Isabella Byrd room $110 per night

All rooms in the B&B include full breakfast
