This condo features 3 bedrooms. The lower floor has two same sized bedrooms and a full bath. One bedroom is set up with a
king bed and the other has two twin beds. The twin beds can be joined to make a king bed if you desire.
On the
main level there is a very open floor plan perfect for groups from 2-8 people. Two comfortable futon style sofas are in the
living room (each makes out to a full bed). The living area opens up to a large balcony with a long picnic table and a glider
for outside dining and relaxing. You will not believe the incredible views from the balcony of Prospect Peak. There is a large
dining table and there are 2 bar stools at the granite bar in the kitchen. The gourmet kitchen is a cook's dream. If you prefer
not to eat out every meal purchase groceries at the convenient Safeway in town and cook up a storm! There is a convenient
half bath on the main level as well. Upstairs is the master bedroom, a large loft style room with a private bathroom and walk
in closet. A full size washer and dryer are located on the lower level for your use at no additional charge. There
is also a charcoal grill in the garage should you wish to grill your dinner or lunch!
The condo has a double garage
that enters onto the bottom floor for easy unloading when you arrive for your stay. The condo is only four years old and looks
