This charming cottage is attached to the oldest Bed and Breakfast in Estes Park. The cottage has a bedroom with king-sized bed and bathroom. There is a living room, dining area and equipped kitchen. The living room has a full-size pull out couch and a single rollaway is available for a 5th guest. Off the living room is a lovely balcony with stunning views of the Continental Divide. A full size washer and dryer are located below the cottage for your use at no additional charge. Enjoy modern conveniences and amenities in a historic setting.

The cottage is within easy walking distance to downtown shopping and restaurants allowing you to leave the car and avoid the hassle of parking. Two reserved parking spots are at the cottage. The Rocky Mtn National Park is only three miles away making this location pretty unbeatable. If you are familiar with Estes Park and you know where the famous Donut Haus is, the cottage is across the street and a block up Davis Hill.

Feel free to enjoy the large front porch of the Davis Hill Historic Bed and Breakfast with plenty of comfortable seating. Wireless internet access is available on the porch of the B&B.

Directions to 250 Davis Street:

Drive I-25 to the Loveland exit, Hwy 34 west. Follow Hwy 34 to Estes Park. When you come into the town of Estes Park you will be on Hwy 34 west. Go to the fourth stop light which is Moraine Blvd. Take a left on Moraine. Go approx. three blocks to where the road Y's, go to the right toward Rocky Mountain National Park. The first street immediately to your right after you round that curve will be Davis St. Take Davis St. up the hill, turn left ( Davis goes both right and left). Continue to top of hill, you will see a sign on your left which reads 254 and 256. At the top of the driveway you will see the cottage over the garage on the left hand side. The address is actually 250 Davis St.
