Drive I-25 north from Denver to exit 243 , Hwy 66 west
towards Lyons. Follow Hwy 66 to Lyons. In Lyons, get on Hwy 36 to Estes Park. When
you come into the town of Estes Park go straight past the lake and turn left at the light onto Elkhorn Blvd (the main
"drag" through downtown). Go down several blocks to the stop light which is Moraine Blvd. Take a left
on Moraine. Follow Moraine around a big curve and (you will pass the Donut Haus on your left and then Dick's
Rock Shop). After you pass Dick's Rock Shop there will be two condominium complexes on your left. Park River
West is the second complex and it has its own left hand turn lane. Get in that turn lane and turn left on Park River
Place. Park River Place winds around towards the right. Keep winding around and you will see 639 Park River Place
on the left. It is the 3rd unit in its row of condos.
